Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bayan, Malaysia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales goals
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
- Identify new markets, potential clients, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs in order to develop new products or services that meet market demand
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide timely feedback to improve their effectiveness
- Ensure that all sales activities are in line with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: 1400$ per month
