Preservation Architect (Malayalee)

We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Malayalee, you will play a vital role in preserving and restoring historic structures and landmarks. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings, including structural stability and historical significance
- Develop preservation plans and recommend necessary repairs or renovations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure compliance with regulations and preservation standards
- Manage preservation projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in the field of preservation architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of preservation principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience working with historic structures and landmarks preferred
- Fluency in Malayalam language preferred, but not required
