Office Assistant in Herzliya, Israel
We are in search of a reliable and resourceful Office Assistant to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, letters, reports, and other documents as needed
- Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, etc.
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
