Are you a talented Pastry Chef with a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts? Look no further! Our 5-star hotel in Funchal is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team.

As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads for our restaurant and banqueting events. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and ensure high-quality standards are met.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a creative flair and strong attention to detail. You must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment. A degree or diploma in pastry arts is preferred.

In addition to your culinary skills, you should have excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet production deadlines. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with other members of the kitchen team.
