Senior Architect - Part Time (Remote)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of complex building projects. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical aspects of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is open to candidates located in the United States. However, we are open to considering candidates from other countries who are able to work during US business hours.
