Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of loaders in Washington. You will ensure that all loading procedures are carried out efficiently and safely, while maintaining a high level of productivity. This is a contract job without accommodation and requires no English proficiency. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of loading personnel
- Ensure proper loading techniques are being followed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Conduct regular quality checks on loaded items
- Train new loaders on proper loading procedures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team
- Communicate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to loading operations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills to maintain inventory records and communicate with other departments

Preferred:
- Experience working with loaders from diverse backgrounds, including Malayalees or Canadians.
