We are currently seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Washington. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of loaders to load and unload materials at construction sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of projects by efficiently handling materials and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders to load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, and other construction materials.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the loader by conducting pre-operational checks and regular maintenance.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate work activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating loaders in a construction environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of loader operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month. Additional benefits may also be provided.
