Contract Administrator
We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms and conditions. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract requirements and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other parties
- Ensure all contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Monitor contract performance to ensure obligations are fulfilled on time
- Liaise with various departments to gather information and resolve any contract-related issues
- Conduct contract review meetings with stakeholders to identify potential risks or changes in scope
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation and advise on potential modifications or amendments
- Communicate changes or updates to relevant parties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Experience working with urgent jobs is a plus
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Faisalabad (remote work options available)
