Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team in Almada. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations of the office. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
- Perform data entry, create reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order office supplies as needed and maintain inventory
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist or Administrative Assistant preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Salary: $1100 per month
Location: Almada
