IT Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to oversee our company's technology systems and infrastructure. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network, servers, and software applications. You will also lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of all technology-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and secure operation of our systems.
- Manage all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
- Lead a team of IT professionals to provide technical support to employees across all departments.
- Plan and execute technology projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend new systems or processes that could benefit the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and cloud computing.
- Familiarity with information security principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while also being hands-on when needed.
- Experience managing budgets for technology projects is preferred.

Location: This position is based in Braga but remote work options may be available. Visa sponsorship can be provided for qualified candidates. We encourage applications from candidates of all genders.

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
