Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various types of machinery in a fast-paced production environment. Your primary duties will include setting up machines prior to production, monitoring the operation of machines, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for making sure that the machines are running at optimal levels and performing quality checks to ensure that products meet company standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper operation
- Monitor machines during production to ensure they are running smoothly
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Perform regular maintenance on machines and keep them clean
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic computer skills for recording data and reporting issues

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Al Buraymi, Oman (visa sponsorship available for non-Omani candidates)
