CNC Operator - Nakuru, Kenya
A CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal components. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in operating CNC machines, preferably in the metal fabrication industry. They should also have a good understanding of technical drawings and be able to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and boring
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machine's operation to ensure quality production
- Make adjustments as needed to maintain product specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of all production activities including materials used, scrap produced, and time spent on each job
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a metal fabrication environment
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Ability to set up machines accurately and make adjustments as needed
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects in finished products
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Biometric passport required for international travel
