Sales Manager for International Real Estate Firm


We are a leading international real estate firm looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Kenya. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals to generate revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
