Loader Supervisor


As a Loader Supervisor in Gujrat, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks and other vehicles. You will work closely with a team of loaders to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of loaders, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Assign tasks to loaders and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner
- Inspect loading equipment and ensure that it is functioning properly
- Ensure that all goods are loaded onto vehicles correctly and securely
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods and their destinations
- Communicate with drivers to coordinate loading schedules
- Monitor inventory levels to determine when additional loads may be required
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a loader or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of loading equipment operation and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month. Accommodation, free visa, and ticket will also be provided.
