We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your main focus will be on ensuring the quality and consistency of our products while meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all products are fresh, visually appealing, and meet customer demands
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency in product quality
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary: $1100 per month (full-time)
