Architectural Designer
As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing unique and functional spaces for our clients in Porto. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your creativity and technical skills to turn their vision into reality. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design goals and requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using CAD software
- Present design proposals, including 2D and 3D visualizations, to clients for review and feedback
- Make necessary revisions based on client feedback while adhering to building codes, regulations, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals during the construction phase to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Porto (Portugal)
