Junior Barber

We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Barber to join our team in Isa Town! This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, plus accommodation and visa sponsorship. We welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in the profession.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Build relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with services
- Keep up-to-date on latest trends and techniques in barbering
- Assist senior barbers with tasks such as mixing colors, shampooing, etc.

Requirements:
- Must be a female with a passion for the barbering industry
- Preferably from the Philippines or other Southeast Asian countries
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior barbers
