Restaurant Manager - Siauliai, Lithuania

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Siauliai, Lithuania. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to effectively manage and lead a team. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who can ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and meets customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, and inventory
- Train and supervise employees to maintain high levels of customer service
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed to avoid shortages
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Plan and coordinate events or promotions to attract customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable)
