Job Title: Construction Manager - Atlanta, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Atlanta. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure they meet building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Keep track of project expenses and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure that safety regulations are followed at all times on the construction site.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the United States.
- In-depth knowledge of construction management principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per week for this position.
