Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Hire and manage subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and costs
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Malayalee or Filipino workers. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. The company will provide free visa sponsorship and travel ticket for the successful candidate.
