Architectural Designer
An innovative architectural design firm in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as experience in designing and drafting residential and commercial buildings. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans, 3D models, and renderings using computer-aided design software. You will also collaborate with other team members to develop creative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This is a part-time position that offers a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop project goals and criteria
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects
- Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs
- Present designs and ideas to clients for feedback and approval

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design or drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Passion for sustainable design practices
