Senior Architect - Design and Construction Specialist

As a Senior Architect - Design and Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction process for various projects. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Provide technical expertise in building systems, materials, and construction methods
- Collaborate with project team members including engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Review project plans for compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with LEED certification process

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod, Israel (open to candidates from India or Nepal)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for full-time employment)
