Online English Tutor

We are a fast-growing online education company, dedicated to providing quality English language instruction to students all over the world. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate English tutors from Kenya to join our team in Mauren. As an online English tutor, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and teach students of all ages and levels.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online English lessons via video conferencing platform
- Create lesson plans and materials tailored to students' needs and goals
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students for improvement
- Track and report student progress
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve teaching methods

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (native or near-native level)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Teaching experience (online or offline) is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students from different backgrounds
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet teaching environment at home
- Passion for teaching and willingness to continuously learn and improve teaching skills

Salary: 1600$ per month (full-time)
