We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Khanpur. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This includes fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances and furniture, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing fixtures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management
- Diagnose and fix minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Repair appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and washing machines
- Install new fixtures or appliances as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Khanpur (visa sponsorship available)
