Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of architects to design and oversee construction projects in the city of Remish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who do not require proficiency in English and do not have prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and direction throughout the design and construction process
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements
- Review architectural plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (knowledge of English is not required)
- Willingness to live on-site or nearby for the duration of the project (accommodation will be provided)
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Flexibility to work on urgent projects with tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Remish, Egypt.

Note: This position is open only for Egyptian nationals without prior experience. English language proficiency is not required. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the project. Urgent candidates with biometric passports are preferred.
