Position: Architecture Manager (Indians preferred)

Location: Remish, 1300$

Type: Contract (with potential for permanent role)

We are a dynamic and growing architecture firm in need of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Remish. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills and a strong background in architecture.

As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all architectural projects from start to finish
- Manage a team of architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule regularly and make adjustments as necessary
- Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management
