Blast Furnace Operator

We are hiring a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Zagreb. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces used in the production of iron and steel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a blast furnace worker, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blast furnaces according to production schedules
- Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Monitor temperature, gas levels, and other key metrics to maintain optimal furnace conditions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment to keep it in good working order

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a blast furnace worker or in a similar role
- Strong technical abilities with knowledge of furnace operations and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with extreme temperatures
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
