African Baker in Dubai


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated African Baker to join our team in Dubai. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and other treats. Your main duties will include measuring ingredients, mixing dough, shaping and decorating products, and monitoring baking times. You must have previous experience as a Baker and be familiar with different baking techniques and equipment. This position offers a salary of 1600$, free accommodation, visa sponsorship, and airfare. Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients to create various baked goods
- Prepare doughs by hand or using machines
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality products
- Decorate products using icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to create new recipes or improve existing ones

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus
- Previous experience as a Baker in a professional setting (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy ingredients or equipment if needed
