Cleaner Supervisor

We are a reputable cleaning company in Dubai, seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of cleaners to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This is an urgent position specifically for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and perform their duties effectively
- Assign daily cleaning tasks to cleaners based on priority and ensure all tasks are completed within the given time frame
- Inspect work done by cleaners to ensure it meets our company's standards
- Order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or damages
- Train new hires on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Respond to client requests or complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner supervisor or similar role in the cleaning industry
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage)
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with other benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and end-of-service gratuity.

Location:
This position is based in Dubai, UAE. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
