English-Speaking Moderator

As an English-speaking moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing online discussions and interactions in a professional and respectful manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to mediate conflicts and enforce community guidelines. You must have a strong understanding of internet culture and be able to effectively moderate content in English.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and interactions to ensure they align with community guidelines
- Mediate conflicts and handle any inappropriate behavior or content
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all members of the community
- Engage with users in a professional and respectful manner
- Keep up-to-date with current events and trends that may impact the community

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in moderation or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of internet culture and social media platforms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with relevant laws, policies, and regulations pertaining to online communities

Salary: $1600/month (part-time)

Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein (foreigners welcome)
