Handyman for Property Management Company in Jerusalem



We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property management company in Jerusalem. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working condition. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance tasks is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Handyman, and must be able to communicate effectively in Hebrew or Arabic. This position offers a salary of $1300 per month with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

As a Handyman, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repairing appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed
- Identifying potential issues or hazards on properties and addressing them in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work performed
- Communicating effectively with property owners regarding any necessary repairs or maintenance work
- Keeping up-to-date with building codes and safety regulations
- Completing any other assigned tasks related to property maintenance

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew or Arabic
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own tools and transportation
