Senior Architect



As a Senior Architect in our firm located in Braga, Portugal, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various architectural projects. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual who is passionate about creating innovative and functional spaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, with no accommodation provided but offers free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop project plans
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect
- Extensive knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Braga, Portugal
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
