Executive Chef



We are hiring for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Nairobi, Egypt. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, creating new menu items, and maintaining high-quality standards for food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen employees
- Ensure food quality by conducting regular inspections of kitchen equipment, storage areas, and ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team of kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent education
- Must be willing to relocate to Nairobi, Egypt if not already located there
