We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in the beautiful city of Shan. As the head of our culinary department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, with a strong background in international cuisine. A passion for creating innovative dishes and a keen eye for detail are essential. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month and may require occasional evening or weekend shifts.

As an Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our diverse clientele
- Managing and training kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Overseeing inventory management to ensure ingredients are always well-stocked
- Maintaining food quality standards and ensuring all dishes are presented attractively
- Developing relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices
- Collaborating with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Ensuring compliance with all health codes and regulations

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent training from a reputable institution preferred
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, including fusion dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency in food quality
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control measures
