Seasonal Truck Driver

As a seasonal truck driver in Manama, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to various locations. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior truck driving experience to gain valuable hands-on training and experience in the transportation industry. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to load and unload heavy cargo, as well as the stamina to work long hours. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues before and after trips
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, etc.
- Communicate with dispatchers, team members, and clients as needed

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
This is a seasonal position with a starting salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
The job is located in Manama, but may require occasional travel within Bahrain.
