We are in search of an experienced and talented Pastry Chef to join our high-end restaurant in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various types of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute dessert menus according to seasonality and ingredients availability
- Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods from scratch
- Ensure high-quality presentation of all dishes while following established recipes and plating guidelines
- Maintain inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary
- Monitor food costs and stay within budget constraints
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and apprentices in proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen area
- Comply with all health codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role for at least 3 years
- Passion for creating unique desserts with a strong eye for detail
- Proficient knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, glazing, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other kitchen staff members
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Formal culinary education or training preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
