Office Manager (Herzliya)
As an Office Manager in our dynamic and growing company, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office in Herzliya. You will oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing office supplies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your role will also involve supervising and supporting our team members to ensure their productivity and efficiency.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Fluency in English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the office
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Supervise administrative staff and provide support when needed
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is preferred
