Office Manager
Our company, located in Herzliya, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and handle any other communication with clients and partners
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure that the office is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment repairs or maintenance
- Assist with drafting documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience working in an international environment is preferred
Salary: 1700$ per month
