We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating detailed maps and reports for various construction and development projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using specialized equipment, such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Collecting data on existing structures and natural features to create accurate maps
- Analyzing survey data to identify potential obstacles or issues for construction projects
- Creating detailed reports and drawings using computer software
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification or license in surveying
- Experience working on construction or development projects
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
