Indian Executive Chef in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and extensive experience working as an executive chef.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that reflect authentic Indian cuisine and cater to the preferences of our customers
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs to ensure profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven track record of controlling costs and maintaining profitability
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Bulgaria is required
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
