Senior Architecture Manager - Sheduva, India


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes coordinating with clients, leading design teams, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural design projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements
- Lead and manage design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is in line with design plans and specifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the construction process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in architecture

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant software programs
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1800 per month.
