Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and ability to create new dishes using local ingredients
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
