Cashier for a Busy Retail Store in Doha

We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at a busy retail store in Doha. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service to all customers. The ideal candidate will have previous cashier experience, strong math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Scan items and process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile any discrepancies
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies
- Keep the checkout area clean and well-stocked
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
