Loader Operator
We are hiring a Loader Operator for our construction site in Salalah, Oman. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with experience operating heavy equipment and a strong work ethic. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment. No English skills are required for this job, making it suitable for non-native speakers. The main responsibility of the Loader Operator will be to safely and efficiently operate a loader to move materials and equipment around the construction site. The candidate must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a loader to move materials and equipment on the construction site
- Perform routine maintenance on the loader as needed
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep track of materials and equipment moved using logs or other records
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English not required)
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
