Dismantler Technician

We are a leading automotive company based in Porto, seeking a skilled and experienced Dismantler Technician to join our team. As a Dismantler Technician, you will be responsible for the disassembly and removal of automotive parts and components from vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently dismantle various automotive parts and components from vehicles
- Inspect and identify usable parts for resale or recycling
- Maintain an organized inventory of dismantled parts
- Perform quality checks on dismantled parts to ensure they meet company standards
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling tools and equipment
- Properly dispose of unusable materials in an environmentally friendly manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; vocational training or certification in automotive repair preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler or similar role in an automotive setting
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components, including their functions, identification, and removal process
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify damaged or worn-out parts
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This position will be based in our facility in Porto. The salary for this role is $1500 per month with accommodation provided. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required during busy periods. The ideal candidate should be flexible with their schedule.
