Senior Architect vacancy in Almada Portugal

Senior Architect
We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Almada. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers throughout the design process
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following the approved plans and specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and timeline
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other professionals involved in the project
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team and guide them towards successful project completion
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and plans

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Almada or Portugal
- Previous experience managing large-scale projects from concept to completion
