A reputable architecture firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while adhering to conservation standards and regulations. Your expertise in traditional building techniques, materials, and methods will be crucial in successfully completing preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their condition and recommend necessary preservation measures.
- Develop detailed preservation plans that include proposed repairs, materials, costs, and timelines.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with preservation standards and regulations.
- Oversee the execution of preservation projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures to gather information on their history, construction methods, and materials.
- Utilize your knowledge of traditional building techniques to plan restoration work that preserves the authenticity of the original structure.
- Document all preservation work through detailed reports, photographs, drawings, and other forms of documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Preservation Architect.
- Extensive knowledge of traditional building techniques, materials, and methods.
- Familiarity with conservation standards and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
