Merchandiser (Indian candidates preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of consumer behavior. This position is suitable for men and does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Create attractive product displays that adhere to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked in a timely manner
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and inform purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and order quantities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences
- Communicate effectively with team members, store managers, and customers
- Attend trade shows and conferences to source new products and build relationships with vendors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail sales is required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for data analysis

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia (Indian candidates preferred)
