Instrument Technician

Our company, a leading manufacturing company in Almada, is seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in our production processes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$, and it does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair instruments such as sensors, transmitters and control systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of production processes
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry developments related to instrumentation

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one
- Previous experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of instrumentation principles and systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical stamina for standing, kneeling, bending and lifting equipment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Instrumentation Technology or related field
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
