In this role, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks for our clients in Sharjah. Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or repairs needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials
- Follow safety procedures while completing tasks
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
- Valid work visa in Sharjah with sponsorship available if required

Salary: 1500 AED per month (negotiable based on experience)
